Aliya & Tasia:

Hello, hello, how are we Good? How do you think? Welcome back. That was so awkward. I like how I hit record and then I had to scoot back and say, yeah, I don't know if that's getting edited out, but, um, who says what's? It's his? Hey y'all, hey y'all. It's been a minute, it's been several minutes, several minutes, and we're back. We're back. Uh, on Zoom, I'm using, so the video quality, what you're used to. Hey, um, something that's changed. We're in the same location. Definitely we're together. It's not like split computers. Yeah, love it. Back in the Bronx, back in the Bronx, back in the Bronx. And today's my birthday. Yes, it's my recording of my birthday.

Aliya & Tasia:

Yes, it's a Friday. Okay, not only is it a Friday, but I was born on a Friday. I love that. This year my birthday was on a Wednesday. Yeah, I was born on a Wednesday. I love that.

Aliya & Tasia:

Well, the last few Fridays have been a little chaotic, so this was actually a nice Friday. No, I don't know what is on here. No, seriously, cause Fridays were just like. Yeah, some things were going left on Fridays. If you hear sounds and running dogs, it's the dogs. My doggy storm, my ricey pool, mk Michael Myers. Let's just hope that they don't bring any of that over to our setup and not get anything over, okay, but where we at?

Aliya & Tasia:

So tonight, what we are doing is we are tripping Mushrooms. Yes, all right. So I can't really tell you what mushroom it is, because I got these mushrooms, quite a lot of them. I think I want to say it's like Starburst, peanut Starburst. Oh, it's very much like peanut, peanut's big, but it's some kind of Starburst, but yeah. So what I did?

Aliya & Tasia:

You're tripping names Reserve. I'm sorry. I just watched Celebrity Squares and KJ and her husband were on there and that was his move and I was like, oh, that's so cute, horny, but it's cute. Kj's with Andy's for sisters. Yes, andy, andy, what's her other name? I love his name, though he was on there for like a few episodes. Is his name Scottie? I don't remember his name. I think it's Scott Black. I love his name, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. But yeah, there's. But anyways, we're tripping Guys. It's getting high. I hope y'all can hear it, if you can. Sorry, this is an unfiltered, it's an edited version. This is a catch up, but hey, all right.

Aliya & Tasia:

So of course, before we trip, we want to make sure that we're very intentional, want to make sure that we set intentions so we're not just tripping Like what's the purpose of tripping? You're not setting intention Because during your trips you take journey, you get downloads, you get all this cool stuff. So before you trip, you want to make sure you set the intention so you receive Whatever it is that you want the universe to All right. So before we trip, we'll go ahead and set our own intentions. I don't know if you want to set those intentions about loud, I'll try. Cool, you can go first. Oh, okay, so I'm still kind of new to this.

Aliya & Tasia:

I've only had one other mushroom experience and that was on a retreat last year and it was more of a micro dose. It wasn't like a deep trip, but I set intentions prior to that and I felt like I got what I needed out of that experience. It was very relaxing, soothing. I felt like my mind was racing a million miles A minute, but in a good way, like I just had so many thoughts. I think I still have the notes. Yeah, you were downloaded. Yeah, like everything that was, I was taking notes. I still have those notes in my phone. I wanted it to be a spiritual experience. I wanted guidance, I wanted to feel connected to Something different than me, and I felt like I had that. So nice. This time I'm actually thirsty going into this and then click your notes. That too, so I love it. Yeah, there's like it's mushrooms, and so you're. Yeah, it's a lot of mushrooms floating around in there, so I'm a little nervous.

Aliya & Tasia:

But I think my main intentions are again just to connect to, like my higher so it's great but also to get some Guidance and support. We have an adventure a year ahead, so we're trying to do an accomplishment More of that at some point. But my goal for this trip the dogs in the background my goal for this trip Is just connect to my higher self and to get some guidance about Creative ventures, entrepreneurial mentors yes, and to just Just really connect with a deeper knowing and a deeper understanding around that and just seek guidance around that. So To my intention, what about you Word? So piggyback off of what you said, I'm definitely want to tap into my heart. So, whatever is meant to happen, I know that I have made plans with. Those plans have just Blew up in the negative things, but I'm not going to say it grew up in a bad way, like, as I was telling my therapist, you know, the Indian festival when, like maybe the color of the Color Right, and like all the colors are blowing up.

Aliya & Tasia:

I'm trying to get the colors. I'm trying to look at everything that's happening in a positive way. That's a good analogy. I'm like trying to look at it, cause I'm just like shit is blown up in my face but it can be a, it can be a colorful color, but I just really want to connect to my higher self, my inner, and you just Um and just unlock, like my inner potential, like my inner, higher, higher. So, yeah, yeah, that's really it. I'm open to receive, download whatever it is that I need to download, receive whatever it is that I need to receive. I'm open, accepting. Yeah, that's my intention is just, I love that. Yeah, so open to receive.

Aliya & Tasia:

We, um, I mixed the trade five dose, which is 3.5 grams of mushrooms and it's not a secret to me which was bought in the Dominican Republic, like Sacred, this is real. I'm supposed to open up to the heart, right? Yes, I just hit my, my yes. So, um, let's do it All. Right, we'll see an adventurous Opening. Thank you, I do not want to chew. I'll do this. I just swallowed that. Oh, that's too late. The first step, because I do not want to chew it. I hate throwing the Russian paste. By the way, this is disgusting to me, but I mean, actually this can count. It's not as bitter as like. To me it doesn't taste like yeah, yeah, mm, mm-hmm.

Aliya & Tasia:

Shout out to us, kicking off a women's history month, international Women's Day. Yes, with a trip. Not you finishing girl. Hey, did you do big gulfs? Oh, I don't think I gave you one, did I? Oh, shit, I'm like, did you want me to say something to you? No, I'm gonna have a sit and then I'll like shoot you down in here. Okay, okay, that was gross. Sorry, whatever's on me. I wanted to drink. Okay, mm-hmm, for me I will say this is actually good, but I've tripped.

Aliya & Tasia:

Would this be my fourth or fifth time? The first time was it's cool. It's my fourth time. Yeah, the first time I tripped it was a little micro dose, which was a chocolate. The second time was just for those. I don't know what happened, but I ended up having project out. Oh, okay, so you know, they're sad. I think I remember that experience. You told me about it.

Aliya & Tasia:

The third time, I did like a lemon tech procedure, which was like just kind of soaking the mushrooms in lemon for a while, all of which were nasty, and then the Was that fourth, I don't know the next time was at the retreat which was cacao. That cacao was a bit bitter, but also when she was mixing the cacao, like it was a bigger mixture from more of us. So there's that as well. Yeah, when I mixed this one, I literally did like a cup of water and then a spoonful of the cacao. So there's that. I think that's why it's not as bitter. Yeah, that actually was better. Yeah, so I like it.

Aliya & Tasia:

The mushrooms were dehydrated, but in the cacao, like made them suck a little bit. It was chewy, yeah, so, and it didn't taste like I've actually eaten a mushroom by itself and that shit is disgusting. Yeah, I want to throw a pillow up Like no one got calm down. Yeah, prior to this they went on a nice little walk. I thought I would tie them down, ran in circles in the yard and everything. I just anyway.

Aliya & Tasia:

So what's up with you guys? How have you been? For real, we missed y'all. In a minute I'm in. Something may look a little different. Oh, I don't have lots of people. Oh, that's it. Oh, treatings, yeah, oh, yeah, so, yeah. So most things are different. We're in the same place. That'll be a regular thing now and we are in the process of rebranding the podcast from treatings to the prolific podcast, so we'll talk more about that. But, yeah, this is going to be a new adventure, just kind of documenting our entrepreneurial journey and hopefully connecting with other creatives and entrepreneurs who can talk more about their experience, their process, your insight, guidance, not just for us but for people tuning in who are interested.

Aliya & Tasia:

I wish the dogs would come down. I'm just like I thought throwing a toy would scare them or calm them down a thing. But yeah, so that's the transition. I think you know part of the whole pod, like, especially like the last couple of seasons and stuff. Like you know, we've had these big gaps. It's the capacity thing for everybody. So just figuring out what we can do when getting back on a consistent schedule, that is our aim and our goal and, of course, rebranding, so definitely, but we love. Bless you, we're about to be back to the dogs. Bless you as well.

Aliya & Tasia:

Oh, here they go, okay, oh, no, yeah, no, no, At least you guys saw it, so we're not crazy. Okay, well, in the future, next time we do this thing, gotta be in the room, never be over there. Oh yeah, just go ahead and drink the water. Sure, this is uncut, unscripted. So, yeah, you want water. So we don't have an official studio or anything yet. We're currently sitting in the mirror.

Aliya & Tasia:

So hopefully, like the vibes, for now, it may or may not, you know, this may or may not stay the setup in the background. Listen, I had a whole fiasco. I was obsessed with these chairs and home goods because I wanted them to be our podcast chairs. I stressed for like a month about getting them, got them and regret it, oh, um, so you may or may. Can y'all go over there? Go over there, you may or may not see those. You may or may not see those chairs or another setup at some point. But this is it for now. So, hopefully, like the vibes is live man. This is definitely vibes. Yeah, it's vibes.

Aliya & Tasia:

So just to give you guys a some kind of marker yeah, it is 846. Yeah, march 8th, all right, all right, so we've started this. The booty of money for me. I'm gonna wipe her when she came. That's the booty of money, but so we'll see how long it takes, you know, to start receiving downloads, start receiving what the earth is giving to us. Is there anything we want to share around? A general idea about our hope for the hope? I don't think I got this one. I got it. Why are we changing?

Aliya & Tasia:

So we changed the name, but we rebranded because there's a very bigger picture. There's a very bigger creative picture behind this and it's more than just the pod. It's more than just treating like we're really trying to feed into our community and like give back and help other creatives, like create a space for creatives to come together and be able to create. So that is what the prolific hub is essentially going to be. It's going to be the pod, it is going to be an actual hub more to come on that and it's going to entail a lot of what we are doing individually, collectively, and it's really about building community, building community, making those connections, especially for creatives, because there are a lot of us out here that we want to create and we don't have that space, we don't have a means to, you know, get into an area and be like this, like I want to record a show, but I don't necessarily have the equipment or I don't have the space to do it. So that's where the hub is going to come into. Like the hub is going to be major y'all, hence the name prolific hub. And that just shows like for the writers to like I want to write a book, I don't have a quiet place at home to do it, I don't. The library in my community got shut down. Like we want to have a quiet creative space for those kinds of creatives and artists. So we are building a larger ship and if you build it, they will come and storm is bringing me a toy. For those of you who have a video, drop it. The podcast ties into that.

Aliya & Tasia:

Hence the rebranding, changing the name from tree Tain's, which I've expressed before, that I look he kind of hated. Anyway, I was, it was cool and it was cool. We first yeah, but then I'm like okay, we're trying to grow this thing. Like who is going to take that name seriously? She teams up. So, yeah, but we're excited about that Helix site.

Aliya & Tasia:

I just have to keep reminding myself like God doesn't give you a vision bigger than you can. Insane, right, and it seems really, really the big right now. But I think I'm delusional enough enough, you're delusional enough and we're going to make the ship pop. Like we're going to get it off the ground, not only with the hub but also our individual endeavors as well. Like everything's going to fall under the hub as an umbrella. The hub is the prolific hub is the umbrella. We just want to make sure that we have shelter for all of us creatives and we have a space where we can come together and, you know, be able to be us, be free, be able to express ourselves and do what we do. Now. This is like a hell of a leap. This is a link of faith and quite a journey and, like Leah was saying in the beginning, like this Friday, this Friday was a great Friday and I'm not gonna lie because, like pasting Fridays after spend like bro Freaky Friday, face ass, what is going on.

Aliya & Tasia:

And you know you want to hear about an episode or two of the pod. You know when I put a chair shot, we're never recording with. Yeah, I just cannot. And the part that's going to kill me is I'm not really going to do anything special to edit this, but some of the one of the platforms we use, like bus route, to even host this thing, like it does clean up audio a little bit. It might clean up some of this sound. So you all might not some of you might not know what the heck we're talking about unless you're watching on video. Right, nice little till, just I know, just like dogs being dogs, understanding what's happening around them. So this is like the work meetings and the zoom is a people's pets. Just feel like I'm in all over the market. Bring it, yes, just bring in her. I'm going to be this whole time. But yeah, so lots of things to come. You all like stay tuned.

Aliya & Tasia:

We are at the back and I feel like some of our episodes, like everything probably won't be as I mean, I can't say as apologize, not like we're million episodes in, we're building on previous content, so it was going to be perfect. I would love to do some impromptu, like free stuff like this. Sometimes too, it's the best part, like BTS. So, yeah, anything else. You want to say this. You know what I actually do want to speak to my closing line. Okay, so I've got my phone line coming out.

Aliya & Tasia:

Stay wet. Part of twa-core XBIII. I forgot the whole twa-car XBIII, but it works for now. But definitely have a clothing line and I am fashioning mental well. So we're taking fashion and we're taking mental well and we're putting it together. It's called Stay Wet. Wet stands for while, emotional, intelligent and thriving, and it speaks to mental well, exactly like I'm saying I hope. My hope is that and I keep hitting the mic, I'm sorry if you hear something my hope is that when someone sees a shirt Stay Wet, there's an inquiry. It's a play on words, right, stay Wet? It just sounds nasty. But without the Stay Wet meme, I just want you guys to make sure you check out what your mental well is and your mental health, because health is well, like the mind-body connection is well, and I just want to throw fashion in there. So I've got that coming at you guys soon. Stay tuned. You all updated on the pod. Definitely That'll kick off very soon.

Aliya & Tasia:

I'm just starting off with a few properties like fall and winter and summer and spring weight, but Stay Wet, like how are you staying wet? How are you ensuring that your mental well is where it's supposed to be? Just check in and I'm going to have a lot of speech towards that, because psychological problems are real. During this time period, some of the shit that I've been going through, I've been wanting to crumble, but I had to remind myself that I'm built like a corn. Okay, girl, you trying to chip too? I'm told when you eat corn that shit comes out whole. So I'm a corn, I'm going through shit, but I'm still coming out whole, absolutely. And there's that. Yeah, definitely Stay tuned for updates on the clothing line and Stay Wet To be able to copy your teas soon. And, yeah, that's going to be really exciting, I think.

Aliya & Tasia:

For right now, my primary focus and interest is getting the pod back up and running, and then I'm doing small, aligned actions to help us get the hub going. And then there are some, like I won't call them small projects, but there are a few creative things I wanted to tackle. For a long time. I just haven't had energy or space or capacity to do Get into that more. Yeah, like I don't know I'm not sure too much about what they are right now but definitely some things that support well-being. I've spoken about the importance of affirmations and positive self-talk in the past, so some of what I want to do in that space is around that. So stay tuned, yeah, and I feel like I don't know, I feel like some of that nitty gritty is gonna have to be for the Patreon because we are starting one y'all.

Aliya & Tasia:

So many of some of our favorite like creatives utilize Patreon to support their creative endeavors, and I really feel like that's something that we should be tapping into. As much as we want to build community in this space and what we're doing, we definitely also want to lean on the support of our community as well. People who believe in us and our vision to help make it happen Literally, literally, be some of our early investors. So stay tuned for details on the future, because there will be a lot of tea spilling, jab-tomasty, vulnerability, mess. Yeah, y'all will probably learn about my first Friday, but not probably You'll learn about what fucked up my first Friday on Patreon. Oh, that's going to have to be paid for because I'm not just gonna tell y'all this shit for you. Why is tea without a filter? Yeah, so I feel like we should sit back, relax and enjoy this trip, and you all will hear about how this went on the next episode.

Aliya & Tasia:

Stay tuned, catch y'all. Oh, stay wet. Well, yeah, stay wet, stay wild, emotionally intelligent and fine. Let's normalize speaking about mental wealth. Don't just say mental health. Let's speak about mental wealth because it's about building a society of life. Before this week, y'all you gotta stay up. That's it, stay wet. Catch y'all next time coming from the prolific of us. Bye, peace out. Hey Canada, oh my God.
