
Dominique Luster
Dominique is a passionate archivist committed to uplifting the stories of the Black diaspora. With over a decade in cultural heritage, she blends history and advocacy through engaging storytelling. Formerly the Teenie Harris Archivist at Carnegie Museum of Art, she founded The Luster Company in 2021 to celebrate Black narratives. Her work has earned recognition from organizations like the Denver Public Library, The King Center, and the Getty Foundation. Dominique’s 2018 TED Talk on archives reached global audiences, and she’s been featured on podcasts like Archives in Context and Brave Women at Work. As a keynote speaker at women’s leadership events, she continues to inspire more inclusive approaches to history.
